A bill to preserve health care choices and protect doctor-owned hospitals by repealing part of the Democrat health care law that arbitrarily bans new doctor-owned hospitals and restricts existing doctor-owned hospitals from growing to meet the needs of local communities.

A bill to preserve Second Amendment rights in National Parks and National Wildlife Refuges.

Legislation with Congressman Inslee aimed at halting the Obama Administration’s illegal efforts to shut down Yucca Mountain and ensure the project moves forward.

A bill to allow fish stocking to continue in certain lakes in the North Cascades National Park.

A bill to allow for Stehekin Valley Road to be rebuilt in order to provide continued access to the North Cascades National Park.

A bill to improve air ambulance service in rural areas.

A bill to end the taxpayer bailout provision in the stimulus spending law that leaves taxpayers on the hook for failed investments in foreign and domestic energy projects.
