House Administration Committee Ranking Member Robert Brady Promises to Continue Fighting for Fair and Equal Ballot Access
August 15, 2012 (Washington D.C.) Today House Administration Committee Ranking Member Robert Brady resolved to continue the fight to protect the right to vote. “I’m disappointed to learn of the court’s decision today but not discouraged. Our Constitutionally-protected right to vote is at stake and I promise to never stop fighting to protect it. Unfortunately, those on the other side of this fight seem to have tragically short memories. This decision sends the undemocratic message that our elected officials should be picking their voters and not the other way around. “
