“The Democrat leadership has failed the American people.  Of the 12 Appropriations bills that need to be passed only the Defense Appropriations has been sent to the White House.  Yet, even that bill is incomplete as it lacks the necessary authorization. 

“This failure is not due to a lack of time nor is it due to a lack of willingness on the part of the Republicans to get the job done.  No, this failure can be attributed only to the inability of the Democrats to get their priorities straight.  Over the past several months, the Democrats have made 40 attempts to tie the hands of our generals in the field of battle and each one has failed.  The Democrats however, continue to try pleasing fringe political groups with complete disregard to the priorities of the American people.
