I want to save three whole dollars lol. Classic! However what people have to understand is that there will always be pros and cons towards accounting practices (Just like any career path). I am an inspiring accounting major, and I see myself going to work as an accountant and living life. Head to work, add value towards my company or clients, and after the work hours, party hard.

AVAITION MANAGEMENT MAY LOOSE THEIR JOB, BUT THE MECHANIC IS GOING TO JAIL IF THE PLANE CRASHES. HAD A MANGR. COME BY AND ASK US WHERE WE WERE ON FINISHING THE JOB? THEY TOLD HIM, WHAT!!!!! THOSE BOYS OVER ARE THROUGH, AND WORKING ON SO&SO. TRYING TO BE-LITTLE AND PIT CREWS WITH EACH OTHER. SAW THAT SAME MANGR TUES, HE'S IN QC NOW. ASKED HOW HE LIKED THE JOB. HE'S BEING PUSHED NOW, TOLD THEM, "SORRY BOY'S I'M ON THIS SIDE OF THE FENCE NOW, WON'T FLY." HIS NAME IS ON THE WORK NOW. IMAGINE THAT!

YOU THINK THIS IS BAD? I WORK IN THE AVIATION INDUSTRY. BELEIVE IT OR NOT,IT IS THE SAME. A MECHANIC TOLD ME ONCE. "I WOULD GO TO CA TO WORK ON THE PLANE THAT IS DOWN, IF THEY WILL LET DRIVE." I TOLD HIM, "I DON'T BLAME YOU, I WOULDN'T WANT TO FLY ON ANYTHING YOU WORKED ON EITHER." HE WAS A MECHANIC THAT TRIED TO IMPRESS MANAGEMENT, WITH ALWAYS BEING THE 1ST THROUGH WITH A JOB. NOW! MANAGEMENT, THAT'S EXACTLY THE MECHANIC THEY WANT. THE MECH'S NAME IS OWN THE WORK, THAT'S THEIR CRUTCH.

LMFAO with this "And I wanna have only 3 people to do the work of 8!" ---> sad but so true...in this day and age, this goes without saying.

Anyone is who has worked in taxes can relate to all of the comments. There are never enough people and management never places enough value on it to properly staff for the peaks that take place. There is always the fear of missing a deadline that drives people to do incredible things.
