Andrew Bynum said that his left knee is "feeling much better" on Sunday, and hopes to be cleared for impact work after his MRI.
Bynum is scheduled to have an MRI on December 20 and we'll know a lot more once those results are released. If stashing players in your thing, it might not be a bad idea to pick him up as a preemptive move, then you can feel free to cut him on Thursday should the MRI bring bad news.

Andrew Bynum's right knee "feeling great," but his left knee is "still really sore."
It's worth noting because it was Bynum's right knee that originally gave him pain, so while that knee has improved, the left one is still an issue. "It's just pain, just by walking around," he said. Bynum is going to be reevaluated on December 20, and this ugly situation may finally gain some clarity at that point. We'd be surprised to see him before mid-to-late January in a best-case scenario.

Andrew Bynum said on Monday that his left knee still hurts when he walks, but his right knee feels good and he still hopes to play this season.
Bynum seemed optimistic about his appointment to have an MRI on Dec. 20, saying, "Worst-case scenario, it's another month. Best-case scenario, I can ramp it up." Unfortunately, he also acknowledged the "possibility" that doctors will tell him to shut it down for the year, and he added arthritis to his list of maladies. "It's arthritis in the knees. Cartilage is missing. That's not going to regrow itself," he said. The fact that walking causes him pain suggests he's still a good distance from returning, but owners in deep leagues, or with 'injured reserve' spots, should consider stashing him in the hopes that he returns and is motivated by a contract year.

The swelling in Andrew Bynum's knees has "greatly reduced," according to Bynum's agent David Lee.
It's worth noting that Lee is Bynum's agent and not his doctor and that he's got plenty of incentive to put out a positive report about his client's health, but we'll know more when Bynum undergoes another reevaluation on December 20. His timetable to return remains uncertain, and we're still considering him out indefinitely until we hear otherwise.

Holiday should be considered questionable for Tuesday's game against the Mavericks, and it sounds like there is a legitimate chance that he could miss his third straight game. If that happens, Evan Turner will continue starting at point guard in his place, with Nick Young and Jason Richardson picking up some extra time.
