Directives
The Office of Compliance – the Board of Directors and the Executive Director — issues directives that set forth precedent and legal requirements for the regulated community to follow. The directives include Board of Directors’ decisions on issues appealed to the Board, regulations adopted by the Board, and procedural rules promulgated by the Executive Director.
