ITC hearing

Rep. Betty Sutton (D-Ohio) testified before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) on September 14, 2010, to urge the commissioners to stop the unfair trade practices and illegal dumping of seamless pipe by China, which threatens the jobs of steelworkers at U.S. Steel's plant in Lorain, V&M Star's mill in Youngstown and other facilities across the country.
