Education & Outreach
The Office of Compliance educates Congressional employees and employing offices about their rights and responsibilities under the Congressional Accountability Act (CAA). Our education and outreach program is required pursuant to Section 1381(h)(1) of the CAA. In this role, we maintain, develop, and distributing written materials and publications, such the CAA Handbook, Fast Facts and FYIs, our Annual Newsletters featuring substantive legal and regulatory activities, and other Publications.
Upon request, we are available to offer workshops and training to assist Congressional Members, employing offices, and Congressional employees in understanding their rights and responsibilities under the CAA.
