Sen. Carper will participate in the Nanticoke Senior Center ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony in Seaford, Del. The Nanticoke Senior Center provides critical social, educational, and health-related services to area seniors. The Center also prepares and delivers approximately 34,000 meals each year to homebound senior citizens. The new center can now support the area's increasing senior population.
