You guys should be running the country! Really . . . From the agent who took our call, to the tech who picked up the rugs (that were left on the porch) and who called to report his observations and recommendations, to the cleaners, to the quality inspector (who reported his observations and recommendations), to the agent who made the payment and delivery arrangements, to the emails confirming delivery and showing the delivery team, to the delivered goods all interactions and services were first class --delivered with personality, energy, aplomb, professionalism and military precision. We wish we had more carpets!! |
Rug Cleaning: October 31, 2012: 
I have used Hadeed for 3 straight years and I have never been disappointed in their work. Their staff is extremely helpful and they explain how your rugs will be cleaned, what type of padding you should have and the services that they offer. They take their time and carefully move your furniture as to not damage anything. They are always pleasant, they introduce themselves when they come in your home. They just seem like your friends and family. They always make sure they clean their shoes before they come inside and they are very careful with everything. A great company and they should be very proud of the people they hire. |
