South Bend, Ind. – Today, Congressman Joe Donnelly announced that tonight’s information session regarding federal financial aid for college and featuring experts from the U.S. Department of Education, Indiana University South Bend, Ivy Tech, and WorkOne is postponed due to inclement weather.  The event will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
