Sen. Moran Supports Kansas Producers on Senate Floor
“Let’s go back to that traditional American meal – let's eat beef.”
Today, U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) spoke on the Senate floor in support of Kansas farmers and ranchers and encouraged Americans to eat more meat after the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) mistakenly sent out an employee newsletter encouraging employees to participate in “Meatless Mondays” while dining in USDA’s cafeterias.
