 On Tuesday, January 1, 2013, the House is scheduled to consider S. 3630, a billto designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 218 North Milwaukee Street in Waterford, Wisconsin as the “Captain Rhett W. Schiller Post Office,” under suspension of the rules. The Senate passed S. 3630 on December 19, 2012 by unanimous consent. S. 3630 was referred to the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, which discharged the bill by unanimous consent.

S. 3630 designates the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 218 North Milwaukee Street in Waterford, Wisconsin as the “Captain Rhett W. Schiller Post Office.”

Army Captain Rhett W. Schiller was assigned to the 5th Squadron, 73rd Calvary Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat team, 82nd Airborne Division located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.  Army Captain Schiller was killed in Iraq from injuries sustained during combat operations.
