GOP reforms to the House Calendar have brought increased predictability and efficiency to the committees and floor.

America is a place that puts a premium on ensuring no matter who you are or where you come from, you should have the opportunity to succeed.

Entitlement programs such as Medicare and Medicaid are the drivers of our deficit. We must include them in any solution to the fiscal cliff.

America must continue to take advantage of our status as a destination for the world’s best and brightest.

Increasing marginal income tax rates is not the way to produce growth and is not the way to put people back to work.

It is most important to address the economic situation where so many people are still out of work. Raising taxes will not create new jobs.
