Yup, you're right. More detail (and the recipe) publishes in next Tuesday's Foodday and reporter Grant Bultler's online blog should also include that detail.

No enhancement -- in fact, the online version is just as it came out of the camera: no crop, no dodge, no burn. The print version was cropped from the top down. Interested to know what telltale signs you see that make you suspect this image?
