FRAC President Jim Weill shared a mountain of evidence with the House Agriculture Subcommittee on Nutrition about the critical role the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) plays in reducing hunger, alleviating poverty and supporting family economic stability for millions of Americans — including seniors, people with disabilities, veterans, families with children, as well as unemployed and low-paid workers.
