Beige Book: Economic Activity Continued To Expand

Beige Book

Economic activity across the 12 Federal Reserve districts has continued to expand – with all 12 districts characterizing the pace of growth as either modest or moderate - according to the latest issue of the Beige Book.  The report noted some growth in consumer spending in all districts.  The economy of the St. Louis District grew at a modest pace since the previous report.  An audio summary of economic conditions in the Eighth District is presented by St. Louis Fed economist Rubén Hernández-Murillo; listen to English or Spanish versions.
