A partial list of trademarks owned by Dell follows. Dell's trademarks should be marked with the "TM" symbol and be accompanied by the attribution statement: "XYZ is a trademark of Dell Inc." All trademarks should only be used as adjectives (for example, "the INSPIRON laptop"), and never as nouns (for example, "the INSPIRON.") No Dell logo may be used without prior, written permission from Dell.
