A Framework for K-12 Science Education
A new framework for K-12 science education that identifies the key scientific ideas and practics all studenst sh oudl learn by the end of high school.  The Framework will serve as the foundation for new K-12 science education standars, to replace those issued more than a decade ago.

This web site explains the methods of science, documents the overwhelming evidence in support of biological evolution, and evaluates the alternative perspectives offered by advocates of various kinds of creationism including "intelligent design".  Includes reports, publications and resources for teaching evolution. 
   

Marian Koshland Science Museum of the National Academy of Sciences
All of the museum's exhibits are available online, covering topics such as global warming, safe drinking water, and infectious diseases.  Also includes online curricula materials for middle- and high-school teachers and students.
