The Jets will honor the victims of the Newton, Conn. shootings on Monday by wearing circular decals on their helmets with the letters S.H.E.S. (Sandy Hook Elementary School) inscribed across.

"Thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by today's horrific tragedy in Connecticut," Jets owner Woody Johnson posted on Twitter yesterday.

Head coach Rex Ryan continued that sentiment today on a conference call with reporters.

"First off, obviously, with the tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut, obviously, (our) thoughts and prayers (are with) all the people impacted by that tragedy."

More information on the decals can be found here: http://tinyurl.com/ctx2uz8
