LTC Tom Bright, U.S. Army North Chief of Exercises, discusses the Vibrant Response exercise that is held at both Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center and Muscatatuck Urban Training Complex. Vibrant Response is an exercise conducted by United States Army North, or the Fifth Army. It is responsible for homeland defense and defense support of civil authorities as the joint force land component command of United States Northern Command.
