WHAT'S NEXT

The Fourth Estate is a global justice conference, Invisible Children style. Young people from all over the world come to San Diego, Calif., to discuss the millennial generation’s role in global justice with each other and with experts in fields like business, journalism, film, and international justice. WHAT IS MOVE:DC

HOW THE LRA CAN BE STOPPED

MOVE:DC SCHEDULE

LOBBY:DC

At 9am on Nov. 16th, leaders from the conflict area and from global institutions will be represented on stage in the Convention Center, and they will have to answer to YOU. These countries and institutions can stop the LRA conflict; this is their chance to talk about how they're going to do it.

GLOBAL SUMMIT ON THE LRA

At 9am on Nov. 17th, leaders from the conflict area and from global institutions will be represented on stage in the Convention Center, and they will have to answer to YOU. These countries and institutions can stop the LRA conflict; this is their chance to talk about how they're going to do it.

MARCH ON DC

Saturday afternoon, thousands of us will surround the White House wearing our red KONY 2012 shirts. We are showing the U.S. president and leaders around the world that we are committed to seeing an end to LRA atrocities and that we promise to hold them accountable to their promises.

GLOBAL DANCE NIGHT

In true Invisible Children style we are ending the night with a massive dance party back at the convention center to celebrate the global community that we are all a part of. It'll start at 7pm and go to 11pm. Trust us: you don't want to miss a minute of it.

PURPOSE

World leaders have made promises about stopping the LRA, but the LRA is still attacking civilians and abducting children. We are showing our world leaders that we haven't forgotten about their promises by traveling to Washington, DC, and telling them ourselves. If we can work together, persevere, and follow through--so can they.

GLOBAL SUMMIT ON THE LRA

These countries and institutions can end LRA violence if they get together and discuss what it's going to take. We are asking the leaders to send a representative to MOVE:DC to do just that.

Message these leaders. Thank the leaders who have already agreed to send representatives and keep messaging the ones who haven't.
