The public is invited to comment on Arlington County’s Substantial Amendment to the Consolidated Plan for the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP). The Amendment is on the May 16th agenda of the Arlington County Board and will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on May 18.
