When you’re lining up your swing, nothing else matters but you and the ball. It’s the perfect Zen moment; the kind that relaxes you in a way nothing else can. It doesn’t matter if you’re in the middle of a tournament or playing a casual foursome with some old friends, golf is more than a sport to you. It’s a way of life.
Either way, you’re always looking for new ways to perfect your golf game, and you’re always on the lookout for the perfect golf course. That’s what you’ll find in Kissimmee in Central Florida, where year-round warmth means that golf season lasts for 365 days.
With courses designed by the sport’s greatest legends, including Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Greg Norman, Johnny Miller, Tom Watson, and Rees Jones, there’s no question about the quality of courses that await in Kissimmee. The Royal St. Cloud course offers Scottish-style links modeled after famed British courses, and the Harmony Golf Preserve is a “Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary” through the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for golf courses.
If challenging courses make you want to try to improve your game, Kissimmee has the answer … or three. The David Leadbetter Golf Academy, ANNIKA Academy™, and The Golf Academy at Celebration are all located in Kissimmee.
Whether you’re an aspiring pro or a duffer, you’ll find courses that will beckon you to return to Kissimmee again and again.

Depending on your son's skill level and interests, there are certainly some courses that you both would enjoy. Kissimmee Golf Club is great for beginners; if he's a bit more advanced you might want to try Remington Golf Course. Here's a list of all our courses: http://www.visitkissimmee.com/leisure/things_to_do/golf/golf_courses/. Feel free to call us directly with any questions to help you pick the right course!
