In-Depth: Congress Returning to Washington to Negotiate on Tax Cuts

Only 36 days remain until the so-called "fiscal cliff." That's when automatic tax hikes and deep across-the-board spending cuts will occur unless President Obama and Congress work out a deal. If Congress does not act, $650 billion in spending cuts and tax increases will automatically go into effect January 1.
U.S. Representative Larry Bucshon of Indiana's 8th District joins us to discuss how the President and Congress plan to negotiate a new deal to avert the fiscal cliff.
