Prince William at Winter Gala Without Kate Middleton

Prince William wore a tuxedo for the Winter Whites Gala at the Royal Albert Hall in London today. He attended without wife Kate Middleton, who is resting at Kensington Palace after being hospitalized for acute morning sickness caused by her first pregnancy. Kate left the hospital with William by her side on Thursday, following a three-night stay. During her time there, a pair of Australian radio hosts called the hospital as a prank and were able to speak to Kate's nurse. Sadly, just yesterday, news came out that one of the workers involved in transferring the call was found dead. In the wake of the tragic event, the hospital released a letter urging the radio station to take steps to ensure that "such an incident could never be repeated."
