Lt. Col. John O'Grady, the outgoing battalion commander with 1st Battalion, 84th Field Artillery Regiment, 170th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, passes his battalion's colors to Col. Patrick E. Matlock, the brigade commander with 170th IBCT, during a change of command and responsibility ceremony at the Hall of Champions here June 5, 2012. Four other battalions participated in the ceremony, marking a step toward the brigade's inactivation scheduled for October.
