Senate Confirms Judge Anthony Battaglia for U.S. District Court in San Diego

I wanted to make sure you heard the good news that yesterday the Senate confirmed Magistrate Judge Anthony J. Battaglia to serve as a U.S. District Court Judge for the Southern District of California, which covers San Diego and Imperial Counties.
