These independent developers bring their real-world experience and knowledge working with Google technologies to developer communities worldwide.

Becoming a member

The Google Developers Expert Program recognizes and rewards outstanding developers with advanced technical expertise in specific areas who are strong contributors to the developer community, startups and ISV’s. The program recognizes developer experts in specific areas including: Android, Cloud, HTML5, Maps, and more.

How do I become a member of the Google Developers Expert program?

Nominations are made by members of the Google Developer Relations team. To be considered, please send your name, email, country of residence, area of expertise and how you contribute to the developer community to gde-nomination@google.com. As the program grows, we will add additional product areas, locations and increase the number of members who will be accepted. Membership in the program is for a one-year period and can be renewed each year if the member still is active and qualifies.
