Gifts from the Heart Program
The Fredericksburg Department of Social Services is in need of individuals or organizations to sponsor several children as part of our holiday assistance program.  We are hoping to assist all the families that have applied but do not currently have enough sponsors for our “Gifts from the Heart” program.  All of the children on the list are from families who need some support to make their holiday special.  We have wish lists for the children and you may choose the child or we can choose for you!  If you don’t have time to shop for a child, we also welcome donations to the program and our staff will do the shopping for you!  If you or anyone you know would be able to sponsor a family please contact Hayley Badillo at 540-372-1032 x249.  Thanks so much and Happy Holidays!
