Panetta Praises 'Outstanding' Walter Reed Employees

A year after the dedication of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Md., Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta honored more than 300 health care professionals for their outstanding performance, calling them "miracle workers," in a speech at the facility, Dec. 4, 2012.
