Barney Frank and thirty-seven other Members of Congressed addressed the attached letter to the Chairman and Ranking Member of the House Agriculture Committee, expressing their support for funding for agriculture research at public universities through USDA's Cooperative State Research, Education and Extension Service (CREES).
