As of January 20, 2010, the Armstrong County CBOC relocated from Kittaning to Ford City. Armstrong County Memorial Hospital will remain the contractor for this clinic. The clinic provides primary care, physical exams, weight management, smoking cessation counseling, routine laboratory,  and outpatient behavioral health services (including individual therapy and medication management).
