    • The GOA has it backwards. They can save a lot more money by introducing a new dollar bill printed on more durable "paper". Infused stock can be made to last twice as long as the existing bills. ... In the past the argument was that it would be easier to counterfeit, however there has never been a problem with counterfeit one dollar bills. It is just not worth the effort to do it.
