Hey Dr. Burgess, How about no more phony wars? Care to add up the cost of the wounded, the deaths, the 50 Billion to train the Afghan army, to mention a few. Where is was your critical eye then? Being a watchdog requires that you are equally vigilante under any administration. Otherwise, you are just a hypocrite.

"No more Solyndras"--I suggest, not more regulataions, rules, etc. but more adherence to the Constitution. Just vote "NO" when anything not in the Constitutional powers of the congress is introduced and hold those who violate Constitutional law accountable when they overstep. If every elected official would return to Constitutional Law as expressly stated in the Constitution, the U.S. would still be a viable institution instead of a bankrupt nation. But alas......................one would have to be knowledgeable of the Constitution..............................

To intimate that Dr. Burgess is anything but against the Loan Guarantee program is just ridiculous. While Dr. Burgess and I may disagree on a few issues we are in total agreement that the Federal Government has been the worst Venture Capitalist on record. The loan guarantee program must be ended in totality. If the Administration wants to provide loans to private businesses then let a bill be brought before Congress asking for authorization and set up the appropriate oversight. If a federal employee does circumvent the process, or ignore provisions of existing law, they should be fired and prosecuted for their misconduct.
