    Congressman, your comments about Libya are, unfortunately, absolutely correct. President Obama has demonstrated his inability to be decisive or timely. Congress needs to exercise its authority and demand answers to the questions you posed. As an aside, I voted for Mr. Obama; I'm still waiting for him to become presidential. Thank you
