Gingrey legislation honoring veteran’s hero passes House
Washington, D.C. -
Rep. Gingrey’s legislation, H.R. 6374, which designates the Department of Veterans Affairs Carroll County facility as the Trinka Davis Veterans Village, passed the House of Representatives today. The facility, funded by the Trinka Davis Foundation, will serve 3,000 veterans and enable them to receive first class treatment in their home community.
“Trinka selflessly served our country’s heroes and upon her death left her entire estate to ensure their wellbeing,” said Rep. Gingrey. “It was my honor to recognize Trinka Davis, her foundation, and our veterans today.”
