    also streamlines and fast-tracks the FDA review process, ensuring patients have access to life-saving treatments.

    Dalbavancin is being developed for treatment of acute bacterial skin and skin structure infections and is the second drug to receive the designation since GAIN Act was signed into law by President Obama in July 2012.
