KNOTT NAMED TOP STUDENT IN INTEGRATIVE PHYSIOLOGY AT UNT HEALTH SCIENCE CENTER
E. Marty Knott was named the top student in the integrative physiology department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center.Knott is a native of The Woodlands and currently resides in Fort Worth. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University, holding a bachelor of arts degree in biology.
Upon graduation in 2007 with a PhD and doctor of osteopathy, Knott plans to pursue a career in academic medicine as a cardiothoracic surgeon.
Knott received the award at the Graduate Student Association’s annual awards banquet.
