Strategy

The Office of Strategy and Measurement supports the development, implementation and assessment of UNTHSC strategies. The Strategic Management System is the basis for strategic planning at UNTHSC. The 5 Year Strategic Plan provides long-term direction and is supported by annual UNTHSC Tactical Initiatives. Schools and departments develop annual action plans that link to the institutional strategies. Action plans are linked to learning outcomes or program objectives, all of which have measures and targets that are assessed on an annual basis.
