Jennifer Treviño is vice president of Administration and chief of staff to the President. She is responsible for optimizing the strategic development for all employees including faculty and staff. Trevino leads the Office of the President, Faculty Affairs, and Human Capital Management in collaboration with the vice president of Human Capital Management. She also provides leadership in developing and executing the strategic plans of the Health Science Center.

Treviño has served in several roles since she joined the organization in March 2007, including administrative director for the Health Institutes of Texas, director of the Office of Faculty Affairs and acting chief of staff. Prior to joining the Health Science Center, Treviño was a product marketing manager for RadioShack Corp. She holds an MBA from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.

Treviño is an active member of several associations including the Fort Worth Chapter of the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas, the Arts Council of Fort Worth and Tarrant County, and Leadership Fort Worth, Class of 2009. In 2010, she was honored by being named to the “40 Under 40” class by the Fort Worth Business Press.  Also, she was recognized as one of the 2012 Most Powerful and Influential Women by the Texas Diversity Council.
