The Training process includes the following steps:

• Log in below using your User ID and Password.

• Read the training screens carefully. Questions are interspersed within the training presentation. You must answer at least 6 of 13 questions correctly to complete the process.

• When you successfully complete the quiz, you will go to a page to print your certificate. Please print your certificate for your own records as well as for use if asked for proof of training.

• If you have already completed your training and wish to re-print your certificate, login below and your certificate will be displayed.
