Toolkits are timesaving aids that provide customizable turn-key solutions to help program planners plan, implement, and evaluate a specific health promotion intervention. Before implementing any of these interventions, the toolkits should be selected and evaluated based on the identified needs of your employee population.

General Workforce Health Promotion

Personal Empowerment Plan
Personal Empowerment Plan (PEP) is a 12-week self-directed, work site program to promote healthy eating and moderate physical activity. The program materials include workbooks for healthy eating and physical activity targeting employees based on their motivational readiness to change. A coordinator's kit, promotional brochures, and posters are also included in the program.
