I wish the cdc would update on the fungal meningitis outbreak on the non steriods meds that are contaminated! My husband is one who got 3 necc meds non steriod and suffered from fungal menongitis and aspergillosis of the lung with a fungal ball the size of his fist! But he doesnt get included in the count.. Not even our state. He had labratory comfirmed aspergillus infection, after the use of the necc meds. But still it says that no labtratory comfirmed infections have been reported. I reporte his to cdc, medwatch 3500, fda, local and state health dept. The hospital did not turn in the infection.. Help plz???? Point me in the direction of someone who will check out the 3 meds he was given by the necc. It could save lives.
