Dr. Goven has research interests in environmental toxicology, immunotoxicology, assessment of chemical stress in terrestrial environments, immunoparasitology, host biochemical (phospholipases) and cellular (T-cell dependent responses and eosinophil leukocyte) response to helminth parasitic infection, and the effects of psychological stress on immune function.
