Bio
Dr. Youn has been Assistant Professor at UNT since 2008, before which she was an instructor at the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. She has been awarded research funding totaling nearly $40,000. She is currently Principal Investigator for a project titled “The Effect of Turnover Firm Profitability: Stress Management in the Hotel Industry.” She has been Principal Investigator on three past projects and Co-Principal Investigator on one past project. Dr. Youn has also engaged in several consulting activities for Hilton Grand Vacations, Marriott Vacation Club International, Ca Muse (Vicenza, Italy), and McDonald’s Headquarters (Lausanne, Switzerland).
