MEYER NAMED TOP CLINICAL RESEARCH AND EDUCATION STUDENT AT UNT HEALTH SCIENCE CENTER

Patricia Meyer, DO, was named the top clinical research and education student for osteopathic manipulative medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center.

Dr. Meyer is a native of Boulder City, Nevada, and currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she is in family practice residency at Broward General Hospital.

A Spring 2005 graduate of the health science center, receiving a doctor of osteopathy degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and a master of science degree from the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.

Dr. Meyer earned a bachelor of science degree from Loyola Marymount University in natural science.

Dr. Meyer received the award at the Graduate Student Association’s annual awards banquet on April 29.
