BOZO RECEIVES TOP HEALTH PSYCHOLOGY STUDENT AWARD AT UNT HEALTH SCIENCE CENTER
Ozlem Bozo was named the top student in the health psychology department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center.
Bozo is a native of Ankara, Turkey.
Following graduation from the health science center this semester with a PhD from the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, Bozo returned to Turkey where she is employed as an assistant professor of psychology at Middle East Technical University.
Bozo earned both bachelor of science and master of science degrees in psychology from Middle East Technical University. She earned a scholarship from the Turkish Council of Higher Education to complete her doctorate degree in the United States.
Bozo received the award at the Graduate Student Association’s annual awards banquet on April 29.
