LEE NAMED TOP STUDENT IN BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES AT UNT HEALTH SCIENCE CENTER
Jae Kyung Lee was named the top student in the biomedical sciences department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center.Lee is a native of South Korea and currently resides in Fort Worth.
After graduating this summer with a PhD from the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, Lee plans to work on immunology research to find the mechanisms related to immune diseases.
Lee earned a bachelor of science degree and a master of science degree from Kyungpook National University in South Korea.
Lee received the award at the Graduate Student Association’s annual awards banquet on April 29.
