GALVAN ELECTED TO TEXAS HEALTH FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Robert Galvan, DrPH, assistant professor in the Department of Health Management and Policy at the University of North Texas Health Science Center was elected to the board of directors of the Texas Health Foundation at their annual meeting in Austin on April 18.
Dr. Galvan earned his bachelor of science degree in biology from East Texas State University in Commerce, a master of science degree in environmental science with a specialization in environmental quality control and natural resource management from the University of Texas at Dallas, a master of public health and a doctorate of public health from the UNT Health Science Center at Fort Worth.
A native of Fort Worth, Dr. Galvan currently resides in Fort Worth.
